Two Teenage Girls Drag to the Bush and Gang Raped Mercilessly.
Two girls, aged 14 and 15, were dragged into a forest and gang-raped by eight men for hours until they passed out after going out to celebrate Holi in India.
The eight men, aged between 19 and 22, and the two girls had gone out on Monday to celebrate the festival together in Khowai, Tripura, but then did not return home in the evening.
According to the Times of India, their families did not contact the police when the girls did not arrive home on Monday night.
It was gathered that the eight men allegedly took the girls into a nearby forest and gang-raped them until they passed out.
The victims only returned home on Tuesday morning after suffering from injuries. The two girls were taken to the hospital where they continue to be treated for their injuries.
After narrating their ordeals in the hands of the group of men, the girls’ parents contacted the police, leading to the arrests of Bimal Debbarma, Soyel Debbarma, Michael Debbarma, Nishit Debbarma, Biresh Debbarma, Jagu Debbarma, Bikash Debbarma and Hrishit Debbarma (men they knew from their local area).
A Police officer, who confirmed the incident said: ‘The accused took the girls to a forest and gang-raped them through the night. When they passed out, the men left presuming them to be dead.’
The eight men accused of gang-rape will appear before a magistrate on Wednesday.
WONDERS SHALL NEVER END! 13-year-old Primary School Girl Gives Birth During Mathematics Exam
An underaged student has given birth while writing her mathematics paper on March 31.
A 13-year-old pupil delivered a baby boy during a Mathematics examination in the ongoing Primary Leaving Examinations in Mpigi District, Uganda.
The incident happened at St Balikuddembe Primary School, Jalamba Ward in Buwama Town Council, Mpigi District on Wednesday morning, March 31.
According to Mr Godfrey Ssema, the head teacher of the school, the girl developed labour pains during a Mathematics examination.
“After 20 minutes, she alerted the invigilator who called colleagues and rushed the girl to a nearby medical centre,” Mr Ssemanda said.
Ms Goreth Mirembe, the nurse at the clinic said that after helping the girl to deliver, she was taken back to the school to complete her paper in an isolated environment.
Mr Ssemanda said that the invigilator gave the girl extra 45 minutes to write the examination.
Speaking to reporters, the girl’s parents attributed their daughter’s pregnancy to last year’s Covid-19 lockdown.
“She was lured into conjugal acts during this Covid-19 lockdown by a certain boy because they were not going to school,” one of the parents said.
