Fifty one Political Parties under the Coalition of United Political Parties have sued President Muhammadu Buhari for allegedly being unfit to contest in the upcoming general elections.

According to online reports, the CUPP have filled litigation against President Buhari to disqualify him in the forth-coming general elections, saying he has subjected the country to embarrassment in the ongoing campaign rally of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
