She bases her answer on an encounter with her late best friend, with whom she shared a close bond.
She wrote:
“Yes, they do. My experience was with my best friend when she passed away. Around 7 p.m., I was alone in my room, reading my favorite book, when someone knocked at the door. I opened it to find her crying in front of me. I said, ‘Erica, come in. Why are you crying?’ She said she couldn’t come in, that she had come to say goodbye. I was both angry and terrified because we were best friends and had no disputes. I wondered what the sudden issue was.”
“Immediately after she left, I went back inside and got dressed to go to her house. That was when my mom drove in and told me that my best friend, Erica, had passed away.”
“It still feels like a dream. I can’t believe what happened. I miss her so much. I can’t type further because reminiscing about the memories brings everything back. This happened over 20 years ago.”
