International College Of Surgeons In Collaboration With The FCT Administration Hosts Free Surgical Outreach 2022.

The event is scheduled for June 2nd – 4th, 2022.

As part of her ongoing response to her corporate social responsibility, the International College of Surgeons (ICS), Nigerian Section is organising A surgical Outreach in the FCT in collaboration with the FCT Administration. Consequently, the ICS will provide free surgical services from June 2nd-4th , 2022 in various facilities with the FCT.

So, anyone who has any of the following: swelling on any part of the body, cannot see well, cannot hear well, or has been told before now that his or her condition needs to be operated upon, can come out and benefit. Please report at the surgical outpatient department of Asokoro District Hospital, Maitama District Hospital and General hospital Nyanya so that you can be screened and booked for free surgical operation. Do not hide your health condition, the surgical operations will be done free of charge. Screening ends on June 1st, 2022. You must be screened in oder to benefit.

In order to guide patients and provide ease of benefit, the details of the various facilities in the FCT and the specific procedures they’ll focus on as follows:

  1. Eye problems: please go to eye clinic of Asokoro District hospital.
  2. Ear, nose, and throat: go to the ENT clinic at Maitama District Hospital.
  3. Lumps, hernias, hydrocoele: go to the surgical outpatient department of Maitama hospital.
  4. Women problems: Go to General hospital Nyanya.
  5. Problems of urine and bone, as well as children: go to the surgical out patient department of Asokoro District Hospital.

SCREENING HAS STARTED AND WILL END ON 1st of June. After 1st June we will not accept any more patients.
