Nigerians have taken to various social media platform to mourn one of the countries veteran musician , Omeofa Oghene aka “Mad Melon of Danfo driver.
The singer was said to have passed away last week Wednesday night at a hospital in Ajegunle, Lagos, after a battle with an ailment.
Confirming the sad news, another veteran musician, Daddy Showkey shared the message via his Instagram page.
“Veteran musician, ‘Mad Melon’ of ‘Danfo Drivers’ fame, is dead. May his soul rest in peace.”
