Meet the Man Who Killed Muammar Gaddafi and What Happened to Him One Month Later.
Muammar Gaddafi’s death, according to HPL magazine, was one of the most trending news during former US President Barack Obama’s regime alongside the assassination of Osama Bin Laden. It was one of Obama’s most notable achievements during his presidency.
The announcement brought relief to most European countries and NATO members, who believed Gaddafi’s administration was tyrannical and needed to be overthrown at any cost.
Even after Gaddafi’s death, the events that followed were more surprising. Despite serving as a head of state for decades, he was given one of the most vulgar and lewd burials of any head of state ever.
Only his closest relatives were permitted to see his wounded body, which was buried in the desert.
He was shot numerous times and died as a result of the blood loss. After his death, a number of people came forward to give accounts of what transpired before, during, and after his death. Because he was one of the most wanted leaders, many people wanted to be linked with his assassination, and numerous organizations claimed to be personally involved.

Omran Shaaban was a member of a rebel militia organization that had been trying for years to topple Gaddafi with the support of the United States and France. He confirmed it in an interview and became very prominent in international media interviews as a result of his claims.
He claimed to have found Gaddafi hiding inside the tunnel and dragged him out quickly, his bodyguards had fled in different directions to save their lives.
Omran was only 21 years old at the time, yet he became famous almost immediately as a result of this bold move. Omran, on the other hand, had no notion that the fame that came with it may have put his life in jeopardy.
Omran was compelled to pay with his life, and his death was unlike Gaddafi’s, occurring barely a month after Gaddafi’s assassination.

He was kidnapped and taken into hiding by an unknown group, where he suffered in excruciating anguish. Many speculated that his ordeal had something to do with Gaddafi’s death. The name of the people who abducted him has never been revealed.
Many people have hypothesized that this could be someone close to Gaddafi, and that his confession was putting his life in jeopardy because it was made public. He was tormented for days before being shot in the head and left half- dead.
Those who found him unconscious tried to help him, but he died just minutes after arriving at the hospital. Despite his celebrity and the fact that his funeral was attended by a large crowd, nothing could bring him back to life.
But one thing is certain: his name, along with Gadaffi’s, will be recorded in history books long after he has passed away.
