For weeks now, Tiwa Savage has been trending after news of her tape made its way online.

Initially, everyone thought it was another publicity stunt, not until the video finally surfaced online.

The African Beyonce (Tiwa) known for her beauty and style of music has become an object of ridicule after a 20 seconds video of her went public online.

It is yet to be confirmed who shared the controversial tape of Tiwa, but multiple sources said the video went into the wrong hands and she was threatened to pay some ransom or will be shared.

Tiwa was wise as she came out publicly to tell her fans about the blackmail right before it was released.

According to more reports gathered by Toktok9ja, the said tape which is now the number one gossip in Africa was mistakenly shared on Tiwa’s Snap Chat. We also found out that she immediately deleted the video, but it was too late as it had already gotten to the wrong hands.

According to more reports making rounds, it was revealed that Tiwa did the tape with her alleged boyfriend Kemi Falani.

Many of her fans blamed her for making a tape knowing the repercussion that such an expensive endeavour can cause, while some are of the opinion that she did it on purpose to create more publicity for her brand.

Tiwa is said to have currently slipped into depression as a result of the tape which is a big blow to her reputation and career.
