TRAGEDY HIT SOUTH AFRICA As Six Members Of A Family Dies In Fatal Car Accident (PHOTOS).
Six members of a family were among ten people killed in a tragic head-on collision between two vehicles in South Africa.
The crash occurred along the R34 in Vryheid, northern KwaZulu-Natal, at about 11am, on Tuesday, April 6.
The Ford Ranger, carrying six people, collided head-on with a Mazda 3 which was carrying seven people, which results in the loss of lives of seven people at the scene of the accident.
KZN EMS spokesperson, Robert Mckenzie, said six critically injured survivors were treated by paramedics at the scene before being transported to hospital, where three more people succumbed to their injuries.
The Department of Transport on Thursday, April 8, said the the victims, including two toddlers, were all relatives of the Mhlongo family.

A Senior Secondary school student went home with N340,000 after he returned a lost phone to the owner in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The boy identified as Philemon Igbokwe has been showered with cash gifts for his rare feat of honesty.
A lawyer, Emma Okah, who disclosed this on Facebook on Sunday, April 11, said the boy saw the mobile phone forgotten by a wedding guest in the restroom of an event centre.
Mr Okah gave the boy a cash reward of N50,000 while two other guests handed him $500 and N50,000. In total, the honest student went home with N340,000.
The boy standing with the man in the photograph above is Master Philemon Igbokwe. He is a student of Federal Government College, Rumuokoro, PH, Rivers State. He has no phone, even the cheapest, but today he is smiling back to the bank.
