If racism was a disease then Nigerians have gotten a large share of it.

Some days back, a Nigerian man Alika Ogorchukwu was be@ten to de@th by an Italian man Filippo Claudio Giuseppe Ferlazoo on the street of Italy in broad daylight while people watch and made videos.

Crime has become the centre of entertainment and Orgorchukwu’s life was one of the prizes paid for entertainment.

He was just a street hawker who was making ends meet for his wife and 10-year-old son. He was also a disabled and defenseless man whose crime was that he passed a nice complement to a beautiful woman.

According to reports, the Italian man Ferlazzo attacked Ogorchukwu out of anger after he complemented his girlfriend’s beauty.

Defendless Ogorchukwu whose one leg is bad was be@ten to de@th right on the street while people watched and made video.

He called out for help but no one answered, just maybe if someone or anyone came to his aid by separating the assault or even calling the cops maybe he would have lived to see his son’s 11th birthday.

Ferlazzo had been arrested and is facing two counts of charges of homicide and robbery.

It was said he took Ogorchukwu’s mobile phone after k!lling him.

His lawyer is arguing that the motive was not racist, but we all know if this was an Italian man k!lled in Nigeria all hell would have been let loose.
