The sudden death of Nigerian rapper Mohbad has sparked major protests across Nigeria, with fans, family, and friends of the rapper demanding justice.

Many believe he was killed by Naira Marley and his gang. Mohbad was signed under Naira Marley’s record label, but things took a turn for the worse when he decided to leave.

The Nigerian Police have ordered the exhumation of his corpse for an autopsy.

For several days, protests have erupted all over Nigeria, from Abeokuta to Delta and other states. Youths have gathered in large numbers, demanding justice for what they believe was a planned silencing of the young rapper.

Before his death, Mohbad had complained about numerous threats to his life and had stated that if he were to die, Naira Marley should be held responsible.

Another topic sparking widespread online debate is the rushed manner in which he was buried. Mohbad was a Christian, but his family hurriedly conducted the burial. Some even suggested he was buried alive, claiming he didn’t die before being interred.
