China Builds Medical Facility with 57 Floors in 19 Days to set a record that will be hard to break.
China just built a 57 floored new medical facility for the deadly coronavirus which is spreading wild across the world and have claimed the lives of many in.
According to BBC, there are now about 10,000 confirmed cases in China, 213 of whom have died.
The medical facility which is located at Wuhan China has the capacity of containing about 1,000 beds.
In just 16 hours construction workers finished the first few floors. In 19 days they finished all 57 floored hospital including water supply and electric power and all hospital equipment.
For now no Country, including the US or JAPAN have beaten this record.
An official said that China has a record of getting things done first.
“China has a record of getting things done fast even for monumental projects like this,” says Yanzhong Huang, a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations.
