Disheartening! Okada Man Rapes An 8-year-old Girl To Coma in Benue State.
The law has caught up with an okada rider identified as Daniel in Otukpo, Benue State, after he raped an eight-year-old girl in his room on Ogiri Okoh Street, to a point where the girl became unconscious.
It was reported that vigilantes from Igbanonmaje arrested the suspect after the girl’s mother learned of the incident.
After the girl became unconscious, the suspect poured water on her to resuscitate her, and he sent her home.
A resident of the street where the victim’s mother lived, said the girl explained that Daniel forced himself on her after he had told her to help him buy food.
The resident said the mother became suspicious when the girl came back home, walking with her legs apart.

The victim’s mother was said to have raised the alarm after the girl said Daniel inserted his manhood in her and did not know anything again.
After vigilantes in the area were reportedly alerted, they went in search of Daniel and arrested him a few hours later.
The suspect, a native of Ado Local Government Area of the state, said even though he had tried to rape the girl, he left her alone because he could not penetrate her.

“Because my manhood was too big for her, I could not penetrate and had to leave her alone,” he told the vigilantes.
He however denied raping the girl to the point of coma.

The best friend who was identified as 23-year-old Eniola Shittu and the boyfriend identified as 31-year-old David Peremobowe were arrested after they had committed the crime.
The spokesman of the command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, mentioned that the suspects were nabbed for conspiring and raping the poor girl.
According to him;
“The suspects were arrested following a report lodged by the victim at Obantoko Division that she was at home on July 24, at about 1:45 p.m. when her friend, Eniola Shittu, sent message to her on WhatsApp that she should help her buy food and ‘skushis’ and bring to her boyfriend’s house at Somorin area of Obantoko, Abeokuta.
“On getting there, the boyfriend, Peremobowe offered her a bottle of beer, which she took but immediately she finished taking the beer, she became very weak as a result of which Peremobowe unlawfully had carnal knowledge of the victim, and while he was doing it, her friend, Shittu used her phone to do the video recording of how she was being raped.
