More Tension in the East As ESN Allegedly Shoots Down NAF Helicopter In Orlu Imo State.
If you could recall, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu launched a security outfit of which he gave the name ” Eastern Security Network ESN” . Mazi Nnamdi Kanu launched this security network ESN on the 12th of December last year 2020.
The security network ESN was launched to safeguard Biafra the old Eastern Region of Nigeria in present-day, against Fulani herdsmen terrorist in the farm, forest, and bushes of Biafraland and other criminal elements in the region, since the government of the region has failed in protecting the lives and properties of her citizens which is their core objective.
According to reports, ESN operatives have shot down NAF helicopter in orlu, Imo state.
It has been a problem of worry that the Nigerian military including the Airforce and Army has an ongoing operation to disassemble the Eastern Security Network, ESN in Orlu axis of Imo state.
Trouble burst early January when joint security team of the Nigerian Police took off in search of ESN in Orlu after ESN tackled foreign Fulani settlers in the forests around Orlu, the police went after ESN and got beaten in their tournament which resulted in the raid of Orlu by Nigerian Army since the police-led operation failed. The outcome of the raid resulted in many deaths of innocent civilians and fatality on the side of the military.
Now since a few days ago, Orlu has not known peace, citizens and dwellers of Orlu are on the run because the military has plunged on the town shooting and bombing from wafting helicopters.
A video disseminating on social media has children crying uncontrollably and adults gaping at what’s really happening.
A basis made it known that at least one of the helicopters has been destroyed by the Eastern Security Network (ESN).
