Nnamdi Kanu’s Wife Breaks Down Speaks for the First Time After His Re-Arrest.
Nnamdi Kanu’s wife has finally reacted to his arrest and detention by the Nigerian government. She said that her husband is being maltreated by the Nigerian government even though committed no crime. She also claimed that she has not heard from her husband after he was arrested.
The wife of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu has reacted to his arrest. The wife of Nnamdi Kanu is identified as Uchechi Okwu- Kanu. In a recent interview, she made it known that she and her family have tried contacting her husband after he was kidnapped by the Nigerian government but they have not heard from him. She said she knows that the Nigerian government has no good plans for him and he is currently being punished in the DSS custody.

Uchechi Okwu- Kanu claimed that she will continue to do her best to reach him in other to know how he is doing. Uchechi Okwu- Kanu claimed that she knows that Nnamdi Kanu went to Kenya and was seriously tortured by the police in Kenya before he was brought to Nigeria. She said Nnamdi Kanu’s presence in the custody of the Nigerian government is a very big problem and she is worried about his health.
In her word, Uchechi Okwu- Kanu said ” I am not happy. Everything is bad, it is very very bad that all this is happening to my husband when it is clear that he has done nothing wrong. It is hard for me to express myself because I may be attacked. Nnamdi Kanu has not committed any crime. I am very weak, sad, and angry. He has been treated like an animal by those who arrested him and I am very sad about his health. “
” After he was arrested, we have tried our best to locate him. We have not spoken with him since his arrest. No one is free in Nigeria. The government is dictatorial and we can not ask for freedom where there is a dictatorship. The Nigerian government has committed a crime, ” she said.
