A Pink Mercedes-Benz House in Asaba is Gaining Attention Online.

The building, painted a soft light pink, mirrors the design of a Mercedes-Benz GLK model. The creator paid close attention to the details: the windows are shaped like a car’s side mirrors, and one of the doors is built to look like a full-sized tire. It’s a striking sight, standing out clearly against the surrounding area.
Social media is buzzing with pictures and videos of the structure. “I had to stop and take a picture when I saw it. It looks so real!” commented one user on Facebook. Many others online have expressed surprise and admiration, with some suggesting that if more creative projects like this were supported, they could attract visitors from outside Nigeria.

The house is owned by a former Mercedes-Benz brand ambassador, who turned the unique property into a tourist centre. It’s now a known landmark, drawing curious visitors from across the country who come to take photos and see the automotive-inspired architecture up close.

While it’s hard to miss, the building has sparked conversations about creativity and landmark tourism in local communities. For now, the “Mercedes House” in Okpanam remains a one-of-a-kind sight, offering a playful and unexpected photo opportunity on the road to Asaba.
