Police in Delta State have apprehended and arrested officers who were seen on camera abus!ng a woman in the hamlet of Agbarho.
The officers could be seen abus!ng a woman and nearly stripping her n@ked in the viral footage.
Nigerians expressed their displeasure online at the male policemen’s behavior in response to the video.
The command said it is aware of video footage of several policemen dehum@n!zingly handling a woman that has since gone viral on social media platforms in a statement made by its spokesperson, DSP Bright Edafe.

The Command claims that it is not in its nature to oppress and violate the rights of Citizens. In order to serve as a deterrent to others, the state police commissioner promises members of the public that the officers will be dealt with decisively in accordance with the laws as outlined in the Police Act and regulations. The CP wants to highlight that the command’s top priority continues to be the security of people and property in the state.
