He reminded Nigerians that God created man for nothing other than to worship Him, saying materialism and the quest for affluence seem to preoccupy peoples’ time other than things of salvation.
He said: “A time to be born and a time to die. That’s what the Bible says.
“He has played his own role on this side of the Jordan and he has relocated, we should therefore be conscious of the fact that death is unavoidable. You can’t run away from it.
“When it is time, you go. The important thing is to sleep in the Lord. Those who lived as Christians will reign with Christ and those who do otherwise have to spend their eternity in the Lake of Fire.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed organized a press conference where he alleged that Twitter’s mission in Nigeria is suspicious.
The Minister accused Twitter of ignoring inciting tweets by the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, and others, adding that Nigeria would not be fooled.
He said: “We have a country to rule and we will do so to the best of our ability. Twitter’s mission in Nigeria is very suspect, they have an agenda.”
But reacting in a tweet on Thursday, Apostle Suleman condemned the minister’s move, noting that there were weightier matters that would require a press conference.
He said: ”Schoolchildren were kidnapped, no federal press conference addressed it. People are killed daily, with no word of stern threat to the bandits. A tweet was deleted and you had a press conference? Define joblessness! Many are mad (mentally ill), few are roaming.”

REATED NEWS: PASTOR ARRESTED FOR SLEEPING WITH 6 SCHOOL CHILDREN
A pastor and headteacher of Real Infant Primary School at Wakiso district in Kampala, Uganda, Mpagi Didas has been arrested for allegedly sodomizing six children.
The suspect, Mpagi Didas alias Bakulu, was arraigned before the International Crimes Division Judge, Justice David Wangutusi, Thursday, May 27, on charges of s3xual assault.
According to the prosecution, the victims were required to sleep naked and Mpagi would allegedly then fondle the g*nitals of the victims with his fingers and thereafter he practiced oral and penetrative anal s3x on them.
The children who were aged between 10 and 16 years when the alleged crime was committed, told the court that Mpagi who was also a Pastor admitted them on a bursary scheme and threatened to withdraw it if they refuse to sleep with him or report the matter.
The prosecution notes that the headteacher who also used to work as a warden at the school would allegedly sleep with each of the victims in the dormitory where he also often slept.
The Court heard that due to Mpagi’s actions, the victims felt pain in the stomach and buttocks and found it hard to pass urine and feces normally. The prosecution added that the headteacher would intimidate the boys whenever they complained about his actions.
The case summary reads: “He also threatened them that being a pastor and a man of God, he could easily know in case they reported the incident to anyone and this forced the victims to remain in a system of s3xual exploitation and constant fear”.
The case was adjourned to June 8 for further hearing. Mpagi is facing 12 charges related to aggravated defilement and trafficking in children and remanded to Kitalya government prison.
