“This Is Too Much For Me”: Woman Cries for Help After Losing Six Family Members in Two Years.
A grieving woman has turned to social media to share a story of loss that has left many online users in shock. Within the space of two years, she has lost her husband, her father, her mother, and two sisters, leaving her shattered and searching for answers.
The woman, who has not yet been publicly identified, posted a tearful message on Facebook detailing the series of tragedies that have struck her family. She explained that she had been keeping her pain to herself for a long time but has now reached a breaking point.

According to her post, the latest and most painful loss is her kid sister, Mmesoma. She described Mmesoma as a brilliant young woman who recently graduated with a first-class degree from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She was preparing to proceed for her mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program when tragedy struck.
“Mmesoma died mysteriously in a motorcycle accident close to our house,” the woman wrote. She revealed that she drove from Onitsha to their village late at night on the day of the incident, arriving to find her sister in a pool of blood. “I held her in a pool of blood crying, yet Mmesoma couldn’t wake up,” she lamented.

The loss of Mmesoma comes on the heels of several other deaths. In her emotional post, the woman listed her losses in a timeline of grief:
- She lost her husband at a young age.
- She lost her only daughter (referred to as “duta”).
- She lost her father.
- She lost her mother less than a year after losing her father.
- On January 8, she lost her sister, Adanne, whom she called her “mother’s womb opener.”
- And finally, the recent death of her kid sister, Mmesoma.
“I feel there is a curse running in my family, and I am tired of hiding it anymore,” she wrote. She explained that she had kept the deaths off social media until now because she feared the mockery and gossip that often comes from people when such stories are shared. But she said the weight of carrying this pain alone has become too heavy.

As of the time of filing this report, the woman has not provided further contact details, but her cry for help continues to resonate deeply across the internet.
