A 15- year-old marriage between a mother of two, Olubunmi Faseyitan, and her husband, Kolawole, has been declared invalid by a Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan, Nigeria.
According to News Reporters, the marriage was dissolved after Faseyitan admitted that she had asked a witch doctor to ” spiritually bind her husband to milk him dry. The mother of two told the court:
” I never wished my husband dead. All I wanted was for him to be in captivity and be sick until he serves his purpose”. Ademola Odunade, the chairman of the court that delivered the judgment, advised people to always seek God’s approval in their relationship before moving forward.

Kolawole was ordered to pay N6, 000 monthly for the upkeep of the children.
