Apologize To Imo People, Uzodinma Or Be Recalled From Senate– Orlu Group Tells Okorocha.
A political committee, Orlu Political Consultative Assembly (OPOCA) has mandated an apology from the Ex-Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha to Governor Hope Uzodinma and the Imo people for allegedly spraying abuses on them or confront a recall from the Senate.

The group has compelled to immediately initiate the legal procedure to Okoroha from the Senate if he handles their demands with levity.
Rex Anunobi, the National President of OPOCA, while informing newsmen in Owerri on Tuesday, asserted the Assembly gave the former Governor 48hours to present an unreserved apology for allegedly paying thugs and smashing into a property sealed by the state government, an act which he interpreted as a total breakdown of law and rule.

The OPOCA President who creases as the state Commissioner for Transport asserted the Assembly is included of men and women of substance from the Orlu zone comprising a handful of existing government functionaries.
” We have identified the conduct of the ex-Governor of Imo State and Senator representing Orlu Zone, Owelle Rochas Okorocha since he left office and especially the event of Sunday, February 21 where he alarmingly carried brigandage and lawlessness to the successive level.
” Recall also that the injunction to seal the property was provided by a judicial panel of inquiry and white paper gazetted by the government.
” If he thinks otherwise or disagrees with the litigation of the state government, he should reach the court instead than throwing caution to the wind by using dangerously armed thugs and domestic hoodlums to commit heinous acts.
” It is thus on this note that OPOCA rises to criticize in strong terms the brigandage, thuggery, hooliganism and lawlessness criminally unleashed against the state by Okorocha and his domestic hoodlums on Sunday, February 21st.

” To this stop, we are providing him 48 hours to present an unreserved apology to the Governor and Imo people at large or we shall be left with no choice than to initiate a legal procedure to recall him as the Senator representing Orlu Zone, ” he put in.
