FoodBank Network Embarks on Sensitization Awareness Campaign on Coronavirus

FoodBank Development Network, an NGO base in Nigeria whose vision is to eradicate huger from Africa has embarked on a sensitization campaign against the deadly coronavirus.

FoodBank Development Network was born out of the passion to serve humanity, to elevate hunger crisis, to give hope to millions of average Nigerians and Africans.

Recall recently we brought you an update of Nigeria confirming five new cases of coronavirus, making it a total number of eight infected persons in the Country.

FoodBank Network in it’s fight against hunger in Nigeria and Africa has also initiated a sensitization campaign against coronavirus.

COVID-19 has gone on a rampage killing many across the world.

FOODBANK DEVELOPMENT NETWORK RECOMMENDS THE FOLLOWING STRATEGIES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS

  1. Wash your hands regularly with soap under running water and use hand sanitizes regularly.
  2. Cover your mouth and nose properly with tissue when sneezing or coughing and immediately dispose of the tissue in covered basin. Afterwards, wash your hands with soap and water or use sanitizer.
  3. You may also cough into your elbow or use handkerchief when a tissue is not available. Do not use the same handkerchief multiple times.
