Once it’s August, Lagosians are in for a Navy drill, especially those living along Lagos-Badagry expressway. This footage shows how deteriorated the expressway has gotten, up to the extent that commuters find it difficult to navigate along.

I rarely hear public officials in Nigeria discussing climate change or the Environment. They act like it is an oyinbo problem.
