Her colleagues, concerned about her prolonged absence, were met with the haunting sound of her phone ringing incessantly on her desk. Fueled by worry, they began a search, only to find a restroom door locked from the inside.
Breaking down the door, they were met with a scene that will forever be etched in their memories. Amarachi lay on the cold floor, surrounded by items that hinted at the darkness she grappled with. Beside her lay a container of the infamous insecticide, Sniper, and a poignant suicide note.

The bank manager reported the incident to the police. Detectives rushed to the scene and moved the corpse to Ikorodu General Hospital for an autopsy. Earlier before the evacuation, it was gathered that a doctor confirmed the woman dead before the matter was reported to the police.
