The photo content shows a popular Ghanaian Preacher Popularly known as Bishop Obinim riding on the back of his member like a donkey.
Pastor Obinim is known to always perform a series of Miracles which inculcates financial miracles, Visa, Healing the sick, and an Elderly Woman who’s said to be in her early 60s.
According to reports, The woman was said to be suffering from Hypertension and Other Unknown spiritual Ailments.

For the old lady to be delivered from her illness, the Pastor told her to carry him on her back just like she’s carrying her Child.

This pattern of Miracle performance caused quite a fuss, as many asked if this was What God asks him to do to the elderly woman.
