Uche Igwe Re-arraigned for Sharing Chrisland School Girl Video by Lagos State Government
An on-air personality Uche Igwe popularly known as Darksam has been re-arraigned by the Lagos State Government for allegedly distributing the video of Chrisland school girls which trended some months ago.
Recall in May 2022 Uche was previously charged with breach of peace and cyberstalking on two counts by the Nigerian Police.

He however pleaded not guilty and was granted bail.
Uche was charged again on Tuesday, July 26th by the magistrate court seated in Yaba Lagos for a new count charge.
The Lagos State Director of Pulick Persecution ( DPP) through its attorney Omolola Saliu re-arraigned Uche before the Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo.

The accused Mr Uche was said to have perpetrated the offense via his social media account (@uchedark), which contradicts section 23 (2) of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency Law 2021.
If convicted, Uche faces a seven-year prison sentence, his trial had been adjourned till the 28th of September, 2022.
