Glory, Idowu and Posi who were declared missing shortly after they appeared as witnesses in cases involving five accused persons in Ondo in Ondo West Local Government area of Ondo State said one of the family members of the accused waylaid them and took them to Ogun State for prostitution.

Five suspects, Bode Akinsiku, Olabanji Femi, Abiodun Ayodele, Fadairo Wahab, and Adedayo Adebayo, were arraigned before a Chief Magistrate Court over the allegation of luring the teenagers to the house of one of the suspects located at Kogbona Street in the town where they were raped, tortured and videotaped.

Shortly after the arraignment of the suspects, the teenagers were declared missing by the parents, prompting a petition from both the family and human right groups.

However, narrating their ordeals to reporters, the victims said they were captured by Mrs Imole and Toyin Akinsiku; the family of one of the suspects immediately they left the courtroom.

According to them “We were going back home in the company of one of our friends, Posi Olarewaju, on the fateful day, when the two women double-crossed us, they forced us to climbed an Okada and moved us towards Awoyaya area along Ondo/Ore highway in Ondo town. We later boarded a bus going to Lagos.

“We boarded about five vehicles and later entered a flying boat before we could get to our destination. At that time we didn’t know the name of the town, until the third day before we could ask somebody.

“Our abductors handed us over to a woman who specialized in the hotel business, we were made to do prostitution in the hotel, and we received more than 15 men on a daily basis. In the end, the woman that owned the hotel will give us N500.00 daily.

“At times, we were made to hawk pure water during the week, but during the weekends we will be inside the hotel for “shot-time” business. We later ran away from the town and entered a flying boat.

“After we came down from the flying boat, we trekked for several kilometers, before we could ask somebody who later showed us the way to Lagos, we also asked where we can get a bus going to Ojota.

The parents of the victims; Mrs Helen Victor and Josephine Ademolu in a joint petition written alleged that their daughters were abducted since Thursday 17th of May, 2018 by Mrs Imole and Toyin Akinsiku.

The petition titled “Re-abduction and trafficking of our daughters” and directed to the Area Commander of Nigeria police, Ondo Area Command, said their daughters have been missing since 17th of May, 2018 came back home and explained to us that they have been abducted by one Mrs Imole and Toyin Akinsiku to an unknown place around Igbekodo Ogun State, Nigeria”

“According to our children, all this was done to frustrate the ongoing Trina of Bode Akinsiku and his Gannon the alleged rape, torture and videotaping of our children. We were also informed by our children that they were made to sleep with many men for business purposes” the petition stated.

The Police Public Relation Officer, Mr Femi Joseph confirmed the abduction of the girls. He said the suspect has been on the run and would soon be arrested.
