Word #Cancer Day, Early Diagnosis Improves Chances of Survical – WHO

It’s yet another event of the World Cancer Day, and the fight against cancer grows stronger as World Health Organization (WHO) maintains it’s stand that strengthening early diagnosis improves chances of survival for millions of people living with cancer.

As we all know, cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for an estimated 9.6 million deaths in 2018.

Cancer is responsible for 1 in every 6 deaths across the world.

SOME TIPS ON PREVENTING CANCER

1. Do not smoke tobacco
2. Eat healthy
3. Be active physically
4. Breastfeed babies
5. Avoid too much sun use sun protection
6. Reduce alcohol intake
