Angry Man Stabs His Police Wife Eight Times to Death For Allegedly Having An Affair
One heartbroken man has been arrested by police for killing his wife an NYPD police officer over some alleged extramarital affair with her colleague at work.
The suspect, a 34- year- old named Argenis de Jesus Baez Pizano, accused his deceased wife, identified as a 31- year- old Officer Arianna Reyes- Gomez, of cheating on him with another police officer in her station.

According to reports, the couple has a 4- year- old son together but doesn’t live together. The couple had been living separately for more than 8 months before the incident occurred.
On the day the suspect attacked the victim, a police report said CCTV captured him at the doorstep of the wife’s apartment in her home on Grand Concourse early Monday, June 13. Arguments then ensued between them and the suspect pushed the wife inside. The CCTV also captured the moment he came out of the building holding a knife.

According to him, his wife cheated with a colleague, a fellow officer. Assistant District Attorney David Birnbaum said when police got there, they discovered that he stabbed his wife eight times in the breasts, leg, chest, and back. Birnbaum also said the suspect has since confessed to the crime. However, he made some shocking confessions indicting the officer who was allegedly sleeping with his wife.

He said it was the same officer his wife was allegedly sleeping with that advised him to kill her.
“If you find the officer he is the one who told me to do this. He’s the one who told me to kill her,” Pizano told investigators.
It is not clear whether the accused officer will be charged for conspiracy.
