When the case of Evans that kidnapper went viral, we thought we’ve seen it all, not until the arrest of another of his kind.
John Iyon an Instagram celebrity known for flaunting dollars and living large was recently arrested for the wrong reasons.
John was arrested for running a gang of kidnapping kingpins whose operation runs in millions of nairas.
They have kidnapped several highly profiled personalities including bank managers and have collected ransom in hundreds of millions of naira.

The suspect was arrested in Abuja after he was traced from Bayelsa State. In a viral video, Iyon, who was handcuffed, claimed he had only participated in two kidnapping operations before his arrest.
John Iyon in his last words before his arrest for alleged kidnapping had encouraged people to work hard and stay safe.
