Beautiful Lady Who Was Gang Raped Over 10 Times Shares Her Story #JusticeForIniubongUmoren.
A Nigerian lady has come out to share her touching story of surviving rape several times which she said started from her childhood. Dorothy Edet disclosed this while speaking with newsmen during the funeral of Iniobong Umoren, the jobseeker who was raped and killed in Akwa Ibom.
She recounted how she has been raped by close relatives, strangers as well as people she went to sell her goods to when she was a child.

“My name is Dorothy Edet. I am actually a survivor of rape. I understand what it means to be raped.
At the age of 7, I was gang-raped. Dressing has nothing to do with rape. At 10, I recall my Uncle informing my mum he is going to sponsor me in school and that was how he came, took me home, and raped me from 10 to 12 years old.
At 15, I was gang-raped when I went to sell bananas for my mum. After they finished eating the banana and the groundnut, they took turns to rape me. At 20, I was gang-raped again when I went to sell garri. They raped me, stole the money, and still collected the Garri.

Dorothy revealed that she would have been a victim of the guy who raped and killed Iniobong as she received the same message but didn’t have transportation fare to attend the fake interview.
She said, “I could have been a victim of this killing because the killer also invited me to come for an interview. I have been looking for a better job to survive because the pay I get from where I’m currently working is not enough t carter for me and my family.

At the age of 24, My pastor who said he wanted to conduct deliverance for me raped me and did not conduct the deliverance. Five days after the Pastor raped me, I was gang-raped by a group of hoodlums who nearly destroyed my body”
I didn’ t have transport fare and that means I would have been killed by this guy. ‘ ‘ she said
Speaking further, Dorothy says she now has friends who are now lesbians and Gays because they were se×ually assaulted.
