Chelsea star heads for the sun, sea and sand of Mediterranean island after missing out on Spanish squad for Russia
CESC FABREGAS headed for the sun, sea and sand of Ibiza following his World Cup squad snub.
The 31-year-old Chelsea midfielder missed out on selection for the Spanish squad heading for Russia this summer.
So the former Barcelona and Arsenal star and his wife Daniella Semaan, a mother of five – three of them, Lea, Capri and Leonardo – with Cesc, headed for the Mediterranean island.
And whom can blame Cesc? He obviously needed to cool off after a topsy-turvy season.
Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, winger Pedro Rodriguez and wing-back Marcos Alonso were also left out of the Spain’s World Cup party.
Last year Fabregas also holidayed in Ibiza with Argentinian ace Lionel Messi, and Uruguyan striker Luis Suarez and their families.
Cesc Fabregas weds long-time partner Daniella Semaan at the venue where Meghan Markle will stay the night before marrying Prince Harry
He and Israeli model Daniella, 42, have only been married a week.
They finally tied the knot at Cliveden House in Berkshire days before Meghan Markle stayed there the night before marrying Prince Harry.
They first met when Daniella asked for an autograph for her son Joseph in Japanese restaurant Nozomi in Knightsbridge, London, seven years ago.
Now, just days after lifting the FA Cup at Wembley after Chelsea’s 1-0 triumph over Manchester United, the happy Fabregas family are enjoying the beach life.
Ibiza is obviously one of their favourite holiday haunts, judging from the fun they look to be having under the Mediterranean sun.
