1. Exercise daily for at least an hour
2. Eat the right foods and portion. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets and chocolates.
3. Keep track of calories and food intake per day
4. Be sure to get enough sleep.
5. Stay motivated and in good mindset.

Exercising is very key to health, and also vegetables.
I suggest you eat vegetables every day if you can and a lot of fruits to stay healthy!
Drink plenty of water even when you are not feeling tasty!
Most importantly, wear your nose mask and stay save!

@Octavia, you are absolutely right. it is not just by exercising daily. Eating vegetables, fruits and taking enough water is very necessary.
A lot of people complain about taking water first thing in the morning but I think is a major priority in keeping fit as well
