Igbos, Yorubas Should Get Ready Because Very Soon Northerners Will Start Revenging – Gov Matawalle.
Governor of Zamfara State, Bello Mohammed Matawalle has coerced that the North may be impelled to avenge assaults on its people by Southerners.
Governor Matawalle notified that it was no longer a time to keep silent and see things go from bad to worse, exhorting Southern leaders to end the attacks to avoid retaliation.

Governor Matawalle noted that it was no longer a moment to play politics or to play to the gallery, but a moment to say things the path they are for the privilege of Nigerians.
He explained that the category of politics being played in Nigeria is politics without conscience, expanding that Northerners are confronting unsearchable situations in many parts of the South- West and South- East in certain.

He marvelled why Northern leaders and nobility have stayed silent while they are presumed to stand firm, in the way in which other leaders of the South are doing ” even when they know that their folk are at mistake. This must not continue. “
He added: ” As northern governors, our elegant silence in the face of continual incitement and attack, because of our intention for peace, must not be taken as a figure of weakness.

” Indeed no society or area has the monopoly of violence.
Talking on the current clash between some Yoruba and Hausa traders, in Sasha, Oyo State, the Governor confessed that up till now there has been no arbiter for Northerners.
” We have observed the destruction, the massacres and the devastation lately at Sasha Market against Northerners and their monetary interests.
” Some of them have shamefully got on to the extent of apportioning blames on the casualties and victims of their aggression, ” he asserted.
The Governor further criticized the apparent killing of Northerners in Imo State on Saturday, yelling on all leaders with conscience and notion of God to speak out ” against this ceaseless barbarism and hatred. “
