Putin’s Controversial Pardon and Release of Nikolay Ogolobyak a Cannibalistic Satanist Sparks Outrage

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly pardoned Nikolay Ogolobyak, a self-confessed cannibalistic Satanist who was convicted of killing and devouring two children.

The release has sparked widespread controversy, particularly due to Ogolobyak’s involvement in the war in Ukraine. The details surrounding this case are chilling, shedding light on a gruesome series of ritualistic murders committed by a sect of Satanists in Yaroslavl.

Nikolay Ogolobyak, now 33, was the oldest member of a sect of Satanists responsible for the brutal murders of three girls and one boy, aged between 16 and 17. The victims, Anna Gorokhova, Olga Pukhova, Vavara Kuzmina, and Andrei Sorokin, went missing in June 2008, with their bodies discovered in August of the same year. The murders were marked by disturbing acts of violence, including animal sacrifices, digging up human graves, and a revolting Satanist ritual spanning two nights.

The perpetrators, including Ogolobyak, recited a Satanist text found on the internet as part of their ritual. The teenagers were drugged, stabbed 666 times with daggers, dismembered, and then cooked on a bonfire. The criminals went so far as to cut off limbs, hearts, scalps, breasts, and genitals, placing them in a pit alongside the body of a small rodent crucified on an upside-down cross.

Following a mammoth two-year criminal investigation, a Russian court declared the victims as victims of “brutal ritualistic child murders.” Ogolobyak was found guilty of murdering two people, desecration of bodies, and burial places. In 2010, he was sentenced to 20 years in a maximum-security penal colony, slated for release in 2028 at the age of 39.

However, in a surprising move, Ogolobyak was released early, thanks to his decision to join Putin’s war in Ukraine. Aware that serving six months and surviving would secure his freedom, Ogolobyak enlisted and fought in Storm Z. Only with Putin’s personal signature can a convict be pardoned and released, making Ogolobyak the first known Satanist cannibal killer to receive such clemency.

Upon his return, Ogolobyak was not only wounded but also disabled. Despite this, he is now a free man, living with his mother. The release of murderers and rapists after serving in the war has triggered alarm in regions across Russia, with more than 30 people reportedly killed by pardoned returnee convicts freed from jail to participate in the conflict.
