What are immune system problems?
Immune system is supposed to fight disease and help your body heal.
The immune system can be weak, underactive, overactive, or it can even accidentally attack your body. Problems with the immune system can cause symptoms, allergic reactions or persistent illness.
Here are The 10 Signs That Shows You May Have A Weak Immune System
- Dry or cloudy eyes
Very dry eyes can be a sign of immune system problems. In Sjögren’ s syndrome, the immune system dries up the tears that keep the eyes moist. Your eyes are dry, red, and may feel like you have sand in your eyes. You may develop blurred vision which may damage the cornea. It’s a sign your immune system is weak.
- Skin rash
The itchy rash of eczema is an allergic reaction that means your immune system is overactive. Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are diseases associated with a dysfunctional immune system. Your immune system attacks your own skin cells with inflammation. This can lead to red, scaly, painful patches called plaques.
