Africa Peace and Security Conference and African Peace Ambassador Awards 2021.
In a bid to contribute to proffering lasting solutions to the lingering security issues across Africa, and to sensitize the youths and galvanize them against joining enemies of the state to perpetrate evil that will halt the government’s efforts to develop the continent; we are hereby proposing the Africa Stakeholder’s Peace and Security Roundtable Conference.
The Issue.
The ongoing killing spree of both Security Agents and Citizens across almost every part of Africa leading to the displacement of communities, destruction of properties by suspected criminal elements have thrown the entire continent into a state of confusion.

In Nigeria today there is so much unrest, while some alleged it is the handiwork of Fulani Militia and Bandits, others alleged it is the IPOB. This misconception has not only further divided the country along ethnic, religious, and sectional lines but also pulling it to a breaking point.
Going by this current trend of insecurity and the slow pace of the present administration to respond approximately, but rather we see only regional and ethnic political polarization; Nigeria is certainly at a higher risk of another civil war. This calls for extreme caution on both the part of the government, political actors, civil society, and media in handling the issues. It is the only way to prevent the country’s worst breakdown of law and order in the coming days or forestall anarchy.

Therefore, it becomes more imperative for concerned Stakeholders to become proactive in taking practical steps to prevent blood baths in the country/Africa and secure lives and properties.
It is against this backdrop that the Goodwill Ambassadors Event Agency is hosting the 2021 Africa Peace and Security Conference and African Peace Ambassador Awards to be organized in strategic partnership with all stakeholders.
This historic nonpartisan conference aimed at:
Providing a unified regional platform where invited groups will have a wholesome pragmatic review of the “state of the polity” in the face of this growing menace with a view to proffering a roadmap for achieving regional cooperation for peace and development in the region.
The Conference and Awards Gala Dinner is to hold at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja in September.
