NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative 2025 Phase 2: Apply Now for Free Skills Training, Stipends, and Business Support.

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has launched the second phase of its Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI), a fully funded program designed to equip unemployed Nigerians with in-demand technical, vocational, and digital skills. Successful applicants will receive ₦30,000 monthly stipends, certificates of completion, starter packs, and access to low-interest business loans.

About the NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative

Aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, this initiative aims to reduce unemployment and poverty by providing Nigerians with sustainable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The program targets a wide range of beneficiaries, including youths, graduates, women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), artisans, farmers, and small business owners.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen
  • Be between 18 and 45 years old
  • Be unemployed or underemployed
  • Be willing to learn, work, or start a business
