Welcome Back: Reverend Mbaka Returns Back To Adoration Ministry After Eight-Month Suspension
Reports reaching our camp confirm that the Spiritual leader of Adoration Ministry in Enugu State Nigeria has returned back from Monastery after undergoing his eight months of suspension punishment.
Recall Mbaka’s Church was closed down around June 3rd last year by the Catholic Diocese of Enugu for commenting on political issues which is against the ethics of Ministry as an ordained priest.
Upon reopening, the Church turned the ministry into Chaplaincy to monitor the excesses in the ministry.
In October 2022, the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Callistus Onaga transferred Mbaka from chaplaincy to the monastery.
Consequently, Rev. Fr. Anthony Amadi was named to replace him (Mbaka) as the new chaplain of the Adoration Ministry Chaplaincy.
