It is not news that flooding is a norm in Nigeria, with the government doing very little to curb the menace which claims lives every year during raining seasons.
While some folks lament during this period, others seize the opportunity to enjoy a swing and swimming session in the highly toxic waters.
A group of slay queens were seen enjoying themselves while swimming in an unidentified flooding area in Nigeria, though speculation says it happened in Port Harcourt area of the Country.
The group of sport celebrity wannabee were spotted taken pictures as they swim across the toxic waters, perhaps to gain cheap recognition, forgetting the harmful effect of the water.
According to a Facebook user who shared the picture and wrote:
“They no longer have to pay for swimming pool, it’s just for them to open their door and swim as they like. They don’t even need to go to the bathroom, just bring your soap; the water is already in your room.”
It’s pathetic; we hope the government look into the seasonal flooding experienced duribg raining season across the country and find a lasting solution.
