In a proactive move to fortify digital defenses, media stakeholders, journalists, bloggers, and key players in the media industry converged at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre in Abuja for a CyberSecurity upskilling training organized by Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB), Nigeria’s pioneering open living lab and pre-incubation space.

CcHUB is Nigeria’s first open living lab and pre-incubation space designed to be a multi-functional, multi-purpose space where work to catalyze creative social tech ventures take place. The HUB is a place for technologists, social entrepreneurs, government, tech companies, impact investors and hackers in and around Lagos to co-create new solutions to the many social problems in Nigeria.

The event, held on the 14th and 15th of November, 2023, witnessed a robust attendance of key players in media from across Nigeria.

The Boardroom at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre, located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Abuja where the training was held, provided an apt backdrop for the knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborative efforts to reinforce the CyberSecurity resilience of the media sector.
