It’s barely a week into the New Year, and we are already seeing dramas on social media, as usual, it never stops.
A Twitter user Halima Idris is causing serious drama on Twitter after she took to her Twitter handle to solicit a partner for her aged beautiful mother.
According to the lady who has since gone viral on Twitter, her mother’s husband was no longer available hence the need to hook her up with any funny serious-minded man out there.

She went on to say her beautiful mother was in her late 60’s but doesn’t look like it and that any man above the age of 65 will do.
“I am looking for a partner for my mother. Her former husband isn’t available Insha Allah. Someone kind, jovial, funny, and in need of good company. She is a grandma in her late 60’s so anyone above 65 would do. She doesn’t look her age and she is a good, fine, industrious woman.” She said.

A particular young man who indicated an interest in the old grandma said in pidgin language:

“What of people that are physically below 40, but experiencially above 65, can they apply because e get as things be, it’s not like we collected the birth certificate by ourself. Na parents epp us collect am and e fit be wrong information dey there sef.”
The post has gotten over 2.9k retweet and it is unclear if Halima was serious about her appeal or just another publicity stunt.
One of her fans asked her to send a photo of her mother without make-ups, and she sent this photo below.
No doubt, her mother is still looking stunning even at that age.
Another of her fans who from the comment happens to be Halima’s friend confirmed her mother’s beauty as she wrote:
“This is my friend’s mum, I met her once and I couldn’t stop staring, forget this makeup, it doesn’t even do he justice. When I mean she is clean, like porcelain. I am sorry to hear daddy messed up. I hope she finds good company.”
Halima continues to thank her fans and well-wishers while she awaits the lucky man to sweep her mother off her feet.
“You people, I’m crying oh. I need to show her all of these. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. My heart is paining me.” She said
