Ahmed Mohammed, the judge, gave the order on Wednesday after the counsel to the CBN and the legal representative of the protesters agreed to end the case.
“All processes filed deemed to have been withdrawn in the spirit of reconciliation, the suit is hereby struck out,” the judge said.
“The order of November 4, 2020, freezing the accounts of the respondents is hereby set aside.”
“An order is made de-freezing the accounts of the respondents immediately.”

The CBN froze the bank accounts in the heat of the #EndSARS campaign.
The apex bank had secured a court order to effect the freeze which elapsed last Tuesday.
Access Bank, in which eight of the accounts are domiciled, had issued a public apology after citizens started a social media trend calling on customers to close their accounts with the bank for “colluding with the government” to oppress #EndSARS protesters.

Addressing the issue in December 2020, John Tsoho, chief judge of the federal high court, said the freeze order was not targeted at individuals but corporate organisations allegedly involved in money laundering.
The chief judge said if that step was not taken, the Nigerian economy could have collapsed at that point in time.
Youth rep to sue CBN as court unfreezes accounts
Meanwhile, one of the youth representatives in the Lagos Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for Victims of SARS Related Abuses, Rinu Oduala, has threatened legal action against the Central Bank of Nigeria after the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the apex bank to unfreeze the accounts of 20 #EndSARS promoters.
In reaction to the court order, Oduala whose account was among those frozen by CBN took to social media where she revealed that she has informed her lawyers and that she will take legal action against the apex bank.
She tweeted, “It’s time to sue CBN for the unlawful freeze of my accounts.
“I was accused of money laundering & terrorism but no investigations were done in the past three months. This was purely an act of intimidation!
“I have informed my lawyers, Falana and Falana Chambers and we will be suing!”
This is coming as the bank accounts of Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho, were frozen on Tuesday following the notice to quit he gave killer-herdsmen in Oyo State.
Igboho confirmed that all his bank accounts have been frozen by the Federal Government because some people were collecting donations, according to Vanguard.
The activist however, said he had no hands in the said donations, warning that his accounts must be unfrozen to avoid nationwide protest by youths across the South-West region.

His words: “They have frozen my bank accounts because I am fighting a just course. I know Yoruba people are behind me.
“I will not relent. I must achieve my aims by putting an end to criminalities in Yorubaland. “If they refuse to release my accounts, there will be serious protests across the South-West. “Yes, the Yoruba are living in fear. They are afraid that the killer-herdsmen might attack them.”
