JUST IN: Bandits Threatens to Attack Zamfara College of Education, Writes Letter.
The provost of the Federal College of Education Technical, Gusau, Dr. Umar Bello has confirmed the receipt of an alleged letter of threat by bandits.
The provost explained that the college had engaged the services of local vigilantes who are supporting the existing security architecture of the college.
Dr. Umar further stated that before the threat, the college had engaged the services of Nigerian Security operatives all to give the college a well-coordinated security network within the college.
Bandits have caused a lot of problems in Nigeria, they have attacked many communities and kidnapped some people within the country. The attacks launched by bandits across various communities have also led to various reactions from Nigerians.

Banditry is more rampant in the Northern part of the country and the various attacks launched by bandits have led to the death of many Nigerians while some Nigerians have been displaced.
Many Nigerians who live in communities that are frequently attacked by bandits have fled their houses and they have called for help from the federal government.
