ELECTION TRIBUNAL: 4 Judges Are Christians While 1 Is Muslim- Asari Dokubo Blows Hot.

Asari Dokubo, who talked in a video that was live-streamed on Facebook, disproved the assertion that the APC’s Muslim- Muslim ticket will not favour the Christians. According to him, Tinubu puts his faith in Christians since he believes religion had no bearing on the outcome of the election.

Asari Dokubo said in the video that ‘ the matter that is currently being heard in court will soon be coming out for hearing, which is one reason why Tinubu does not have anything to do with religion. But I feel the need to clarify that Tinubu’s camp is not raising any objections. ‘

‘ There would have been complaints from Obi’s side that we are trying to influence the judgement of the Court through religion if the Judges of the Appeal Court that are hearing the case, maybe three of them, were Muslims. However, there were no Muslims on the panel. ‘

But today, four of the judges who are hearing Obi and Tinubu’s case are Christians, and they hail from the states of Plateau, Benue, Bauchi, and Kogi respectively. There is only one Muslim among us who hails from Kano. This demonstrates that Tinubu is not affiliated with any religious group.

It is important to keep in mind that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party in the previous election, has admitted to having a phone conversation with Bishop David Oyedepo, the presiding Bishop of Living Faith Worldwide, before the election for president.

Obi was heard on a leaked Audio recording of a phone conversation pleading with Oyedepo for assistance in intervening in the situation in Kogi Nigee, and other locations where Christians were not cooperating.

Throughout the recording, he repeatedly responded to Oyedepo with ‘Yes Daddy,’ which has been interpreted to mean something else entirely.

Obi confessed in an interview that he had called Oyedepo, but maintained his ground that he never used the phrase religious war.

Obi also said he was and will never be a religious bigot.
