More Trouble As Abba Kyari Makes Shocking Revelation.
Some days back suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Abba Kyari, who is currently in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking, filed a lawsuit against the Federal Government in the Federal High Court in Abuja.
According to Kyari’s suit, which has the case number FHC/ABJ/CS/182/22, he is pleading with the court to compel the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to grant him bail on health grounds, pending the hearing and determination of his fundamental right enforcement application.
Mrs P. O. Ikenna, the embattled former head of the Police Intelligence Response Team, IRT, claimed that he was being held ” on the basis of a false allegation that had been leveled against him” in an ex- parte motion filed through his lawyer.
When the case was called up, however, Justice Inyang Ekwo noted that the suit contained some allegations that would necessitate the Federal Government’ s response.
Following a thorough examination of the Applicant’ s process and the averments in support thereof, the Judge reached the conclusion that the Respondent should be served with a notice of intent to proceed.
In an attempt to persuade the court to order Kyari’ s release on the grounds that ” his health has deteriorated severely, ” my counsel for the Applicant was unsuccessful.
The case was adjourned until February 24 for hearing, with Justice Ekwo ordering that all relevant processes be served on the Federal Government, which was cited as the sole Respondent.
Abba kyari’ s brother receives over 270 million naira from hushpuppi
According to police investigations, international scammer Ramon Abass, better known as Hushpuppi, paid N235M to Abba Kyari’ s younger brother.
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Deputy Police Commissioner Kyari had made multiple transfers totaling N44 million to the bank account of his brother.
For the time being, it’ s unclear whether Kyari’ s younger brother, who is currently being held by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, was acting as a proxy for his elder brother.
An Enugu drug dealer is said to have tried to buy cocaine from a DCP who was suspended by the police in July over suspicions that he had ties to Hushpuppi.
An investigation into the cyber scam ringleader Efe Martins and his associates has resulted in the transfer of N279. 120 million to the office of President Muhammadu Buhari.
” Hushpuppi, Efe, and Usman Ibrahim have all given money to Sikiru Adekoya, ” according to the report. After initially denying the occurrence of such transactions, Adekoya eventually admitted to receiving money from Hushpuppi and Efe Martins and transferring it to his GTBank account.
When asked why he had been given this money or how he had spent it, he received no response. Through his company Efe Martins Integrated Concept Ltd. , Hushpuppi Internet fraud syndicate leader Efe Martins has transferred money to Sikiru Adekoya, Usman Waziri Ibrahim, and Hussaini Ala on multiple occasions.

In the time leading up to his recent ordeals, Kyari was well- known for being an active user of social media, especially Instagram.
Photos of him with family members, politicians, and celebrities are the only ones he won’ t post if he’ s not sharing photos of his heroics in the field.

His page, which has nearly 2, 000 followers, is the go- to place for many fashion lovers, featuring everything from photos of his car collection to images of himself wearing well- fitting clothes.
This can be seen in one of the photos, which shows him congratulating Usman Alkali Baba (IGP) on his appointment as Inspector- General of Police (IGP).

However, an FBI investigation found that Kyari and Hushpuppi had a friendly relationship.
Also revealed in the investigation was the fact that Hushpuppi allegedly paid the DCP to have his team arrest a rival fraudster.
The IGP had instructed an internal investigation into the allegations against Kyari in the midst of the ongoing saga.
