UPDATE – I Did Not Kill The Super TV CEO; He Was Having Issues With His Wife”- Chidinma Alleges.

More details have now emerged, in the latest reports, on the circumstances surrounding the death of the Super TV CEO, Michael Usifo Ataga, and the prime suspect in the murder case, his alleged side chick Chidinma Ojukwu.

According to Daily Post, the suspect, who was interviewed by Crime Fighters Television, stated that there had been some marital crisis ongoing in the home of the deceased CEO and his wife, Mrs. Brenda Ataga, before his sudden demise.

She also revealed that in addition to the marital issues he and his spouse were going through, he had to focus more on caring for the children they had together than on his marriage to Mrs. Ataga.

Speaking personally about the CEO, she depicted him as one who was quick to get angry and always engrossed in his work, issues which, if true, would have been sufficient grounds for friction in his marriage.

Chidinma also spoke of a laptop computer she had been gifted by the late CEO, which she sold for N400,000- N500, 000; the exact amount she got for it was not specified.

She also revealed that the CEO had been a habitual liar, all to sleep around with young ladies. However, according to Daily Trust, she has now denied that she murdered Usifo.

According to her story, she didn’t cause injuries to anybody, and that she had no idea who came into their apartment and left him with the stab wounds that were seen on his body when he was found dead.

Having denied outright that she did not murder him, she noted that the man was only concerned about the welfare of his children, in addition to the marital problems he was having with his wife.
