How This Prophet Was Eaten By Lions In 1991 While Trying To Recreate The Story Of Daniel In The Bible.
The advent of religion in Africa mostly Nigeria at some point was a problem as many so-called prophets of God have tried to recreate Bibles Stories and beat the history of miracles that were performed in the Bible.
Many have died in the process, just like in the case of Prophet Daniel Abodunrin who was eaten alive in Ibadan, Nigeria while Trying To Recreate The Story Of Daniel In The Bible.

This did not all start today because back in the 60′ s we had the likes of Jesus Oyinbo and Edidem Bassey who were worshipped by many as Christ, but this is not the bone of contention.

Today let’s quickly look at the incomprehensive history that happened in the western part of the country Nigeria precisely in Ibadan in the year 1991.
It was an episode between a prophet and the king of the jungle (the Lion).
It was during the festive season, the University of Ibadan Zoo was filled with people who cane to see the wide animals kept there.
And here comes a man many people came to know as Prophet Daniel Abodunrin.
Unlike many, the Prophet was there on another mission, to test and tempt God.
He was there to put God to test by recreating the incident that happened to Daniel (the one that was thrown into Lion’s den) in the Bible.

Prophet Daniel Abodunrin, who was dressed in a red flowing robe and his big Holy Bible in his hands, made his way to the enclosure where Lion is being kept.
Most people said he did sneak in while others said he was able to convince one of the zookeepers to allow him.
According to him, he was there to show that God still answers prayers just like he did during the days of Daniel in the Bible.
There he was in the Lions enclosure staring at them while the Lions in turn stared at him.
Everyone was waiting for the miracle to happen.
Prophet Daniel Abodunrin was said to be praying, quoting Bible verses, and also speaking in tongues.
The Lions were said to be calm and I guess at that point, he just felt that he was able to call down the angels.
As he made a final approach towards the lions, what happened next was all in a flash.
The Lions were said to have engulfed him, and there was a bit of a struggle, but we all know how the story ended, he was eaten alive even before the zoo attendants rushed in to resque him.
God is no man, so never put God on the test, it always ends in disaster.
