TRAGEDY!!! See the US Based Nigerian Doctor Who Shot His Wife Dead and Tried To Kill Himself.
Reports reaching us confirms that a US-based doctor Benjamin Okigbo has shot dead his wife and tried to comment suicide.
The case of this Nigerian doctor brought so many reactions on social media, as many people believe the doctor might be mentally disturbed.

Sugar Land Police Department (SLPD) said the incident, which happened recently, is currently being investigated as a” murder-suicide case. In an update done on the police Facebook page on Saturday, the police said its preliminary findings showed the doctor shot his wife who is a nurse to death.
According to the United States police who arrested the doctor said the man after killing the wife tried to kill his two children but that they escaped the bullet and ran for their lives, and reported the sad incident to the police.

The medical doctor is a US-based doctor who has been in the United States for many years.
The United States government asked the police to make a proper investigation into the matter before charging the case to Court.
“The update gotten from the case stated that the homeowners, in this case, have been identified as husband and wife Benjamin Okigbo and Theresa Okigbo. This case is being investigated as a murder-suicide case, “ it wrote.

The investigation conducted by the police revealed that Benjamin Okigbo shot Theresa Okigbo to death, attempted to kill his to sons by strangling them before attempting to commit suicide by hanging.
Both adult son’s survived the attack with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation was properly done and everything was revealed to the police.
The man after series of investigations accepted the crime and confessed to the police saying he was not in his right senses when he carried the gun and shot the wife, and wanted to also kill his children.
The Nigerian-based doctor was charged to court and he was found guilty as charged, the man was asked to remain in police custody till the day of his final trial.
