Updates on Super TV Boss – Usifo Ataga Murder Case As Chidinma Appears in Court.

Chidinma and Quadri are facing eight-count charges that border on conspiracy to murder, murder, conspiracy to commit felony to wit: Forgery, making documents without authority, forgery, and stealing, which are contrary to Sections 233, 222, 411, 370, 365, and 280 respectively of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

According to the law, the accused is innocent until the court proves the person guilty. So what is the penalty Chidinma is likely to face if the Lagos High Court finds her guilty of the charges she is facing?

Section 223 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State provides for death as punishment to any person convicted of murder.

So that is the penalty that Chidinma and her alleged accomplice, Quadri, stand to face if the court convicts them of the crime.
