Where is She? Confusion Over Missing 22-year-Old Ilorin College Student
The family of a 22- year- old lady is currently in turmoil after she mysteriously went missing in Kwara State.
The missing girl, identified as Rabiat Yetunde Garba, who attends the College of Education in the state capital, Ilorin, is a resident in the community of Adabata.
A student of Chemistry and Integrated Science at the institution, she left home to go and read her books at school. She was in the school’s lecture hall but then realized that she didn’t take her assignment before leaving home.
So, Rabiat kept her school bag with some friends of hers, she dashed back home to pick up the assignment. That was the last time anyone heard from her.
Between her school and her home, nobody knows for sure what happened to Rabiat. According to her distraught father, Abdullahi Garba, every attempt to locate her has so far, proven futile.
He noted that his daughter would usually leave for school in the morning, have her lectures, and then be back home in the evening by 5: 00.
But on the day his daughter disappeared, the family waited for her for hours, right up until 9: 00pm. By then, they realized that something was wrong.
They drew the attention of people to her disappearance. They couldn’t contact her, because prior to the incident, her phone had developed a fault, and she had taken it to a phone technician.
Mr. Abdullahi noted that the family had since filed a complaint at the police station, but he called on law enforcement to investigate the circumstances surrounding his daughter’s disappearance by finding and arresting those involved.
He says that her family is praying for her to come back to them safely. Photos of the missing girl are now trending online.
